Bartender
Job Description
Bartenders play a crucial role in creating a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for patrons. The ability to multitask, provide excellent customer service, and general knowledge of the bars drinks are key aspects for success in this role. Our bartenders don’t only take care of guests drink orders, but also service full tables.
Responsibilities
- Ensure a high level of customer service by attending to guests needs
- Serve high quality food and drinks to guests in a timely manner
- Have thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation, and specials
- Suggest additional items, such as appetizers, desserts, or specialty drinks
- Make change and process transactions efficiently
- Communicate guests orders to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery of food
- Keep the front of house (dining area) and back of house (kitchen/bar area) clean and well-maintained
Skills
- Prior experience as a server/bartender is a bonus, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Construction Worker
Job Description
Construction workers are integral to the successful completion of construction projects. Their hands-on skills, commitment to safety, and ability to work collaboratively contribute significantly to the overall success of a construction team.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of construction sites by cleaning, clearing debris, loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment
- Perform a variety of physically demanding tasks, including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials
- Operate hand and power tools
- Ability to transport materials, tools, and equipment
- Operate construction machinery, such as forklifts, excavators, and compactors
- Work closely with other professionals, supervisors, contractors, and co workers
- Identify and report potential issues or hazards on a construction site
Skills
- Familiarity with construction tools and equipment
- Physical fitness and stamina for manual labor
- Basic understanding of construction processes and techniques
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and potentially holidays
